The controller of personal data is Magdalena Dziejma, owner of the dziejma.art website. I take care of the security of the data entrusted to me and protect it in accordance with applicable law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

2. Voluntary provision of data
Providing personal data is voluntary, but it is necessary in order to reply to an enquiry, fulfil an order or get in touch.
3. Scope of the data processed
I process only the data necessary for contact, handling enquiries and fulfilling orders, in particular:
- first name and surname,
- email address,
- phone number,
- delivery address,
- the content of messages sent via the form or by email,
- data necessary to issue sales documents.
4. Purposes and legal bases of processing
I process data for the following purposes:
- replying to enquiries sent via the form or by email – on the basis of consent and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR),
- fulfilling orders – on the basis that it is necessary for the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
- issuing accounting and tax documents – on the basis of legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
- establishing, pursuing or defending possible claims – on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
- compiling website visit statistics and improving the website – on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
- sending the newsletter (if you subscribe) – on the basis of consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
5. Recipients of data
Data may be shared only with entities that help me run the website and fulfil orders, such as:
- the hosting company,
- courier companies,
- the accounting office,
- online payment operators (if used),
- providers of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), if used.
These entities process data solely on the basis of a data processing agreement and are obliged to protect it.
6. Transfer of data outside the EU
I do not intend to transfer data outside the European Economic Area. However, some analytics or hosting tools may store data on servers located outside the EU – in such cases the transfer takes place in accordance with GDPR requirements (e.g. on the basis of standard contractual clauses).
7. Data retention period
- correspondence data – until the matter has been concluded,
- order-related data – for the period required by tax and accounting regulations,
- data processed on the basis of consent – until consent is withdrawn,
- statistics and analytics data – in accordance with the policies of the external tools (e.g. Google Analytics).

You have the right to:
- access your data,
- rectify your data,
- erase your data (“the right to be forgotten”),
- restrict processing,
- object to processing,
- data portability,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

The website uses cookies, which may be used to:
- ensure the website works properly,

- compile anonymous visit statistics,
- carry out marketing activities (if enabled: e.g. Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics).

10. Social media
Contacting me via social media (Instagram, Facebook) means that your data is shared in accordance with the settings of those services. I process data only to the extent necessary to reply to your message or fulfil your order.
11. Profiling
I do not use automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of the GDPR.

All paintings, photographs and content available on dziejma.art are protected by copyright. Copying or using them without the author’s consent is prohibited.
13. Changes to the privacy policy
This policy may be updated. The current version of the document is always available on the website.
